| Ebony is from solid Damele lines and was bred by Joe Mead. She's my lead broodmare, is the alpha mare in the herd and always produces outstanding foals. She is the most refined horse on the ranch - I always thought she'd make a wonderful cart horse because of her Hackney pony type gait. She is a beauty in her own right but I make a point of breeding her to heavy boned stallions to put more bone on her babies. The final product is outstanding - all of her foals have sold as a weanlings. Ebony delivered her 2005 foal on April 14. The beautiful curly haired pinto filly was sired by BNC HOBO.
